 Welcome to the Turtle Suite of AMI Beach Lagoon, your dream vacation on Anna Maria Island!

Guest amenities like sitting areas, grills, pool, spa, putting green, kayaks, giant chess, beach chairs and carts etc. are in place and ready for use.

January/February/March Dates Available!! In our lakefront luxury resort (12,500 sqft) we offer three separate ground level apartments with a large outdoor area that can be rented together or separately. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, fully equipped kitchen and outside seating area or spend time as a group at the large, Mickey Mouse-shaped, heated salt water pool or spa.

Our lakefront property is situated at 604 North Shore Drive, the prime location in Anna Maria, close to Bean Point. The most beautiful part of the white sandy beach is only a few steps away across the street.

Go fishing, observe Manatees or use one of our kayaks for a trip from the private dock on Vista Lake right behind the house. Spend precious time with your family while enjoying a barbeque or lounging in one of several outdoor seating areas.

The Turtle Suite (front house facing North Shore Drive) has one bedroom, the other 2 units, the Manatee respectively the Pelican Suites (rear house facing Vista Lake) have 3 bedrooms each. Although each unit has its own private terrace/patio/pergola with private outdoor furniture and grills, there are plenty common areas like pool deck, giant chess board, putting green that can be used by all guests.

After a sunny day at the beach our private outdoor showers are a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80°F in cold season) that boasts a hot tub (Spa hours: 1PM-10PM, heat-up time 20-40 minutes, target temperature 99°F) in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect motto for a family picture. Relax in the flat water area or go for a swim in the large pool.

Our ground level suites with wide doors and low raise showers are handicapped friendly and welcome guests of all ages. To make your stay even more comfortable, we constantly maintain and renovate our property and provide you with all amenities of modern living like highspeed Internet via WiFi, private dishwashers, full sized washers and dryers.
Outside air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months.

Our Multisplit Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC tech recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around the pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise is prohibited by local ordinances and can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property. Due to local noise ordinance, pool/spa equipment must shut off between 10PM-8AM.

We have a strict no cancellation/no refund policy. We highly encourage our guests to purchase travelers insurance. A great choice to consider is this. They offer many options to choose from.

Due to health conditions in the Owner's family, pets (including service or emotional support animals) are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the guest's immediate eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property.

Driveway, pool equipment, pool/spa area, lake view under video surveillance with motion activated recording. Of course no cameras inside the buildings.

The property was completely renovated in 2021. Environmentally friendly solar roofs were added in 2022.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 365 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 365 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
